• Book returns will be accepted for one year after the date on the invoice (contact the publisher for exceptions)
• Publisher will reimburse at original invoiced price for books returned in resalable shape, within one year as stated above
• Book returns will be accepted no earlier than 90 days from date of initial order
• Book store will incur shipping/return costs
• Books are to be boxed safely to minimize damage and shipped to:CCE Publications/Partnership for Nonprofit Excellence
